Survey for Home Modification Practitioners

The Rehabilitation Engineering Research Center on Universal Design and the Built Environment (RERC-UD) is conducting a nationwide survey of home modification practitioners, including therapists, architects, contractors, service coordinators, and consumers.

Our goal is to identify current practices for implementing home modifications
and measuring their impact.

Participation in this survey is both voluntary and confidential. The survey will take no more than 20 minutes to complete.

Participants will receive a $25.00 Target gift card as an honorarium.
