Saltillo Nova Chat

Interested in the line of Nova Chat products from Saltillo? Already have one but have questions? Company representative Aaron Shute will be at ATRC in Boston on October 28, 2013 from 10am to 12pm. He will be talking about the Nova Chat devices, vocabulary choices, programming and more!

Linux OS and SONAR

Please come to hear and meet, Jonathan Nadeau, a Linux computer expert, who will be demonstrating the accessibility features SONAR, a program designed using the Linux open source operating system.

Switch Accessibility with the iPad

Switch accessibility for the iPad is a reality and expanding all the time. Not sure what the options are or what kind of technology you need? Please join us for this presentation. We will discuss switch accessible apps, switch adapters, and switch accessibility with iOS 7. Bring your iPads and your questions!

Kurzweill 3000/Firefly

Nancy Avery from Kurzweill Educational Systems will be at the center to talk about the latest changes to Kurzweill 3000 as well as their internet portal, Firefly, for tablets and other devices. Lunch will be provided for participants.

Assistive Technology DROP-IN DAYS

Not sure what assistive technology really can do for you? Stop by during our “drop-in” days – First Wednesday of every month, to chat with one of our ATRC specialists. Come in and view examples of AT, discuss your questions and concerns, and leave with a better understanding of what AT can do for you at home, work and school.
